As a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I help women who feel exhausted and out of sync with their bodies — even when they’re doing everything right.

Using a root-cause, personalized approach, I help restore steady energy, balance blood sugar and hormones, and rebuild health from the inside out.

My goal is simple: to help you quiet food noise, feel at home in your body, and show up fully present and confident in your life.

I believe the real problem with modern health isn’t a lack of information — it’s the overwhelm of too much of it. We’re flooded with rules and conflicting advice, yet still left wondering, What actually works for my body?

For years, I swung between extremes — struggling with disordered eating and loud food noise, then chasing rigid “clean eating” and the next perfect protocol. No matter what I tried, I didn’t feel free. And I didn’t feel well.

When your metabolism is supported, your body starts working the way it was meant to — your energy steadies, your blood sugar stops crashing, your hormones feel less chaotic, and stress doesn’t knock you over as easily.

But healing your body isn’t enough if your mind is still at war with food.

That’s why I don’t just focus on nutrition. We support your body at the root while also rebuilding trust with food and your body. We steady your energy and quiet the noise. We work on what’s happening physiologically and what’s happening mentally — because both matter.


What I discovered is this: true wellness requires two things most approaches separate — metabolic health and food freedom.
