Phase 1: Stabilize

This phase is about calming the system and creating stability so your body can begin to function the way it was designed to. Together, we simplify nutrition, support your nervous system, and establish the daily habits that make healing sustainable.

Phase 2: Restore

With your body functioning more efficiently, we focus on fine-tuning what works best for you. This phase helps you build confidence, refine your routines, and create sustainable strategies that support your health long after the program ends.

Once your foundations are stable, we go deeper to   understand what may be interfering with your energy and metabolism. Using functional nutrition and targeted strategies, we support the systems of the body that regulate hormones, digestion, and cellular energy.
